Dianna L. Gilluly serves as Manager of the Tax Division with Holman Frenia Allison, P.C. (HFA), a regional certified public accounting firm of over 75 professionals serving the New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania markets. Ms. Gilluly is a member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents and the  NJ Society of Enrolled Agents. She has over 23 years of  experience in accounting and tax preparation.  She had previous experience as a tax professional for 13 years before joining HFA in 2013. As tax manager, Ms. Gilluly provides advisory services to individual clients for personal and business taxes as well as nonprofit organizations. She represents clients before the IRS, provides tax planning services, and has extensive knowledge of 990 preparation and restoration of tax exempt revocations.
